Endurance Training Sessions

South Shields

Sunday 29th July - 10am

 

This is a beach training session available for anyone interested, but ask your coach first to confirm if it would be suitable for you. That does not apply to anyone in Tommy`s squad, because it IS suitable.

The session is based mainly on endurance training and consists of running on wet sand, partially in the water & also on the sand dunes.

Bring OLD training shoes & a towel.

Meet on South Shields beach next to the Ginger Giraffe Pub & the beach huts at 10am.

Don`t worry if its raining, the session WILL be on and you`ll get wet antway.

Coem and try something different if you dare.
